Very interesting. I have some herbs that are growing like crazy in my garden and would like to move them to another area. Can I just take a shovel and cut out the size plant I want, leaving the rest? Also, is it ok to eat herbs that are flowering? Things like sage are easy to avoid the flowers but what about the tiny thyme flowers? Thanks for your help!
